Dominic Nocera brings over three decades of experience in global operations, finance, M&A, supply chain management, manufacturing, quality, and customer service to Valverus. With a diverse background that includes executive leadership roles in multinational corporations, global supply chain management, multi-site plant leadership, and direct responsibility for improving and transforming hundreds of acquisitions, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and 3PL operators, Dominic has a unique ability to develop and deploy operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. His expertise includes product innovation, performance management, advanced manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing and M&A strategies, quality, lean thinking, and the integration of advanced technologies such as AI and digitalization.

Dominic holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and a 2024 graduate of Stanford’s COO program “Driving Innovation and Operational Excellence”.
