Location: United States

Position Overview:

The Business Development Lead for the Private Equity Vertical at Valverus plays a critical role in driving growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire target clients within the Private Equity (PE) sector. This position focuses on establishing strong relationships, originating large-scale deals, and delivering solutions that align with Valverus’ comprehensive portfolio of M&A, transformation, and consulting services. As a key figure in our growth strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, create impactful partnerships, and position Valverus as a trusted partner for PE firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and expand relationships with new clients in the PE sector.
  • Lead sales efforts across Valverus’ service offerings, collaborating with internal teams to generate demand and secure qualified opportunities.
  • Identify and shape high-value business opportunities that meet client needs and align with Valverus’ objectives.
  • Stay informed on PE industry trends and tailor solutions to address client challenges and goals.
  • Foster innovation-led partnerships by collaborating with ecosystem partners for co-created client solutions.
  • Build and manage C-level relationships to enhance Valverus’ market presence and create new business momentum.
