Tom German

Thomas (Tom) German brings to Valverus diverse executive leadership experiences from a variety of industries including automotive, industrial, agricultural equipment, aerospace and health care equipment supporting global operations, manufacturing, quality, engineering, 
product development, and customer service roles. Tom’s progressive career has resulted in Fortune 500 leadership responsibility for a network of over twenty-six global factories.  He has repeatedly transformed operations with a process-centered focus on best-in-class methods, quality, and lean manufacturing approaches.  At Valverus, Tom is the practice lead for manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement programs. Tom holds an M.B.A. from Duke University, a Master of Science in Engineering from North Dakota State University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Christy Mitchell

Global Operations Executive
Supply Chain, Services, & ESG

Christy Mitchell brings to Valverus significant expertise in global executive leadership, technology & engineering, design, supply chain, operations, and services. She has supported operations and services in the telecommunications, data center, consumer products, A&D, health tech, automotive, and industrial market sectors. She is an exceptional motivational mentor and communicator, who develops lean high-performance strategies, organizations, and capabilities to provide services that exceed expectations, support growth, and drive value creation. Christy holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from Ohio State University, an M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of Findlay, a B.S.I.E. from Ohio State University, and Executive Leadership Certifications from Cornell University. Christy is also a registered Professional Engineer, and an ASQ certified Quality Engineer & Quality Manager.

Wolfgang Rauchholz

Wolfgang Raucholz brings to Valverus extensive global expertise in supply chain leadership, logistics, planning, inventory management, product management, marketing, and operational transformation. He has led end-to-end operations, ERP, and transformation initiatives across industrial, manufacturing, and service sectors, delivering measurable results in complex environments. Wolfgang combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution to optimize supply chains, improve cross-functional alignment, and scale operations. He is currently supporting Valverus with customer relationship and program efforts in these domains. Located in Barcelona, his international career includes leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies optimizing logistics networks, accelerating delivery capability, implementing SIOP processes, and reducing inventory levels while improving service reliability. Wolfgang holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s in Digital Marketing & e-Commerce from OBS Business School.

Subrata Guhamajumdar

Subrata Guhamajumdar brings to his clients a unique combination of corporate digital transformation expertise and cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. With over 25 years of progressive leadership in corporate business systems, he has successfully led global ERP programs, business process re-engineering, and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives spanning supply chain, service logistics, product management, sales operations, finance, and HR functions across diverse industries. His corporate career has resulted in proven success implementing IT strategies, SaaS/cloud applications, B2B integrations, and building high-performance global teams that deliver measurable results. Subrata’s strategic approach combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to drive operational excellence and organizational transformation. Subrata holds degrees from the University of North Bengal, numerous certifications in business systems leadership and digital transformation from Stanford and Berkeley, and maintains expertise in emerging AI technologies.

Scott Wright is a results-driven Manufacturing Leader with 20+ years of experience elevating Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale across diverse industries. He consistently achieves year-over-year gains while maintaining high standards, growing bottom-line profits, and positively impacting financials. Recognized for analytical thinking, organizational strategy, and team leadership, Scott leverages his technical expertise and strong communication to implement continuous improvement, kaizen, and lean methods that boost operational performance. A dedicated mentor, he cultivates emerging leaders, shaping the next generation of high-impact managers. His background spans Green Energy, Automotive Metal Stamping, Plastic Mold Injection, Electronic Contract Manufacturing, E-coating & Powder Coating, and Industrial Laundry Services. Beyond work, Scott served as a firefighter, sits on the Board of Zoning Appeals, and is pursuing a Business Administration degree at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Franziska Vansickle

M&A Advisory Executive

Dr. Franziska Vansickle brings to Valverus a range of international industry experiences from supporting M&A transaction services, strategy development, financial assessments, due diligence, and transformation efforts at one of the worlds largest consulting firms to driving technology rollouts and successfully developing startup biotech ventures. Her varied expertise spans from executive management and finance to program management and extends to A.I. technology, probabilistic modeling, and algorithmic programming. Dr. Vansickle’s career has resulted in a track record of proven successes in business development and transformational portfolio company value creation. Dr. Vansicke holds a PhD in Health and Computer Science and undergraduate degrees from the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln. She also holds CFA and Quantitative Finance certifications.

Carla Cherry

Carla Cherry brings over 30 years of experience to Valverus, drawing her expertise from the fields of marketing, sales, communications, and project management. She not only possesses strong insight into the modern needs of today’s businesses, but also embraces the entrepreneurial spirit. As a creative force, she and her team have led product innovation, marketing, and branding efforts for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100’s. Carla values personal interaction and passionately enjoys guiding people through the process of building on their work and creativity to ensure all endeavors achieve economic success and are positioned to reach their fullest potential. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts, from Ohio University, and attended business school at Cleveland State University.

Dawn Nocera

Dawn Nocera has an extensive background in coaching, training, and entrepreneurship. Dawn has launched several personal development businesses and wellness programs focused on wealth generation and appreciation. She is a recognized mindset author publishing “The 7 Keys to Freedom.” Dawn has created over 30 leading edge coaching programs, DVDs, MP3, books, and workshops over the past 15 years and has worked with MTV, world champion speakers, professional athletes, award winning sales teams, and a variety of local governments and business leaders to improve performance. At Valverus, she is responsible for HR functions, training, and onboarding programs all designed to support our values and ensure the excellence and quality of our engagements. Dawn attended Ohio and Ohio State Universities.

Mark Calabrese

Mark Calabrese brings to Valverus extensive experience as a Global Turnaround and Customer Success executive with expertise in strategic planning and execution, project management, process improvement, systems deployments, developing continuous improvement & innovation cultures, and cultivating strong customer relationships through a hands on customer care approach. He brings a passion for growing and transforming companies through the implementation of innovative strategies and practices to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth. Mark holds a Masters in IT Project Management from The George Washington University and a B.A. & B.S. from Central Michigan University.
